Spotty skin in first few weeks
Generally, I'm feeling pretty good on my primal diet. It's been great for my Crohns disease, symptoms are receding daily.
However, my skin is quite spotty at the moment, much more than usual. I was wondering if anything in the diet might be causing it. I still do eat some dairy, only plain yoghurt and feta or goats cheese, but maybe I should try stopping this? Or could it just be a general reaction to a change of diet?
Try waiting it out for another couple of weeks. I noticed that I got a breakout when I first started. Could be your body trying to detox. Mine went away after about a month or so. Just maintain a clean primal diet and see how it turns out.
