My night vision does sometimes fade, I never thought about why. I just assumed it was less moonlight, clouds, etc. - but there mght be more to it. I'll have to pay attention more to what I've been eatng when it gets dim.
A little sarcasm, but, yeah, it wouldn't stop me from charging. It definitely doesn't immobilze my arm the way it's supposed to (the fngernail pinch). I just roll through the pain and keep moving.
Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.
