I'm not dairy-free, so I don't mind using cream cheese.
The crust of this stuff is not really like a pie crust, it's a cake mix mixed with butter and pressed into the pan. I think a combination of coconut flour, pecans, coconut and butter will provide the results I'm looking for. I will up the eggs, I think, and maybe add a bit of coconut flour to the filling, too.
