I got this big piece of pork- a ham steak cut. About 1/2" thick, maybe 8"x8". I decided to make a rolled roast. I sauted bacon, onion, garlic, and an apple, plus a little rosemary. Put that on the pork, rolled it up, cooked it at 325 for an hour (140 degrees on a meat thermometer).
Really tasty. The ingredients really went well with the pork.
