    Tasty Pork Roast

    Primal Fuel
I got this big piece of pork- a ham steak cut. About 1/2" thick, maybe 8"x8". I decided to make a rolled roast. I sauted bacon, onion, garlic, and an apple, plus a little rosemary. Put that on the pork, rolled it up, cooked it at 325 for an hour (140 degrees on a meat thermometer).

Really tasty. The ingredients really went well with the pork.

That sounds lovely. Might try at the weekend.
Experimenting with my crock pot today. Have gone to work leaving a shoulder of lamb on a bed of onion with some chicken stock. Will roast the lamb for 30 mins when I get in to crisp it up.
