That's what they say. I feel okay now, though. I went for a run. Had a few cramps, but overall I felt a lot better afterwards. I ate another potato and feel okay. Maybe my gut flora are angry. Maybe it's from drinking coffee black. I'm trying to do this potato thing as well as possible. Not a lot of flavor enhancements to the potatoes. No cream in my coffee. I can't decide if I should stop at the store and get more potatoes and continue or if I should quit and see if this works as an all T-bone steak plan.
