    Bodyhbuilding.com now promoting paleo

    Primal Fuel
I just saw this at bodybuilding.com, a run-of-the-mill supplement peddler.

Sure, it is an advertising gimmick, but still, I was surprised to see it.

The comment section is sad. Too much insulinz.

I also lol'd at the broccoli and chicken. I would starve to death on this menu.

While I applaud their effort...I think I'd be unhappy eating those things.

Where's the bacon? The steaks? The salmon? I love artichokes and all, but...it's not a meal!

Maybe one of us who's more bodybuilder friendly (meaning, not me... >.> should write them?

Yeah, the meals really are unsubstantial. I am not sure if I like the publicity or not. It always seems that paleo/primal gets altered to conform to preconceived notions. In this case, caloric limitation.
