    As good a description as any, Martin.

    Go to the main page, choose "About" off the menu, and look for the link to "Primal Blueprint 101".

    101 is a U.S. term for "the information to start with.

    The page that comes up will explain where the site is coming from.

    Martin, the site is about Primal Living. But, people get sidetracked into other discussions too. If you have any questions, just ask and you should get an answer, sometimes more comprehensive than you expected.
