there would be defect in your treatment that you are not getting properly after pasting a lot of time .so you be concern seriously to your physician that what are the reasons of it and why you are getting not cure from it.you can also change your the doctor and treatment.

I would start slow and with light weight's. See how it goes from there. Bring this idea to your doctor and see what he/she say's.
