I'm completely new to this idea of Primal Eating....and I'm curious/excited to delve in. I bought the Going Primal book and the 21-day Going Primal book, along with the quick and easy meals cookbook.

I'm just curious what I can expect with the book/beginning my journey of eating primal....how difficult is it to change your lifestyle? What other struggles are there: going out with friends, drinking, etc....?
