So I am strictly primal from breakfast to lunch to dinner. But at night, somewhere round 9-10 man I am really craving a crunchy snack. If there were cheetos in front of me I would eat them. Looking for something to replace the urge. I have tried pork rinds and they are ok I guess. Are sweet potatoes chips ok to eat assuming I make them myself? Any other crunchy snack ideas? I have pretty much reached my goal weight although I would like to lose the last little bit of fat around the stomach.
My carb count is real low during the day
Breakfast : Bacon and sausage
Lunch: Big Salad with chicken
Dinner: some form of animal and usually some cauliflower mash , asparagus or string beans
