That depends on the person's sensitivity. My partner has major issues with unfermented soy. Like gluten, soy protein isolate isn't primal, and while you may tolerate it well, a Cliff bar is no more a primal snack than a piece of peanut butter toast. If you like them, cool, enjoy, but they are a highly processed food that has a lot of weird stuff in it.

Are you really hungry at all three meals? If not, maybe adjust your mealtimes so that one comes at 9-10 pm when you know you're hungry.
Over 85% of soy in this country is a GMO. Even the USDA webste admits it.
I've found that white potatoes do not negatively affect my digestion, weight loss, or other things. So every now and then (I did it this week in fact) I will slice a potato up into chips. DELICIOUS. Better than any potato chip you get in a bag (and they were one of my biggest weaknesses, believe me!).
One batch (one very large brown skin potato, or 2 smallish white rose potatoes) makes 2 nights worth of chips for me.
Step 0: Pre-Heat Oven to 400
Step 1: Slice potato thins
Step 2: Rinse them in cold water
Step 3: Toss in fat of choice
Step 4: Toss in seasoning of choice (Curry Powder + Paprika + Salt = LOVE)
Step 5: Spread out with no overlap on foil line pan or baking sheet
Step 6: Bake 15-20 minutes
Step 7: Cool for 10 minutes
Step 8: Rejoice in Chip Heaven
OMG I made chips with melted butter as the fat for dinner last night. So. Good.

I try to avoid late night snacking as much as possible, but if I really have to have something it's almonds or even better - pecan halves dipped in softened butter.
Yeah I don't late night snack either. Maybe the OP simply needs to eat more at dinner, or eat dinner later so as not to let so much time pass between food and bed for the munchies to creep in.
You should try eating more fat with your dinner.
