I don't know where the pain is coming from because the pain started only like 3 hours after the workout. I also can't get the weight mainly through my heels while deadlifting 200lbs

Ok I finally found the right weights for starting over. Squat: 120 lbs, DL: 155 lbs.
I now bench more than I squat, but I think this will autocorrect again
