What percentage of calories do you get from fat?

I get about 50-65% each day and under 20% for carbohydrates(I currently hover around 13-17%). For weight loss how much should I be getting? I am currently 12 lbs away from my goal of 140 lbs(at 5'9 I hope I can make it by the end of november).

I'm 70% fat approx, 24% protein and a lowly 6% carbs most of the time. Protein should remain constant, cut the carbs and increase the fat if you want to play around with the weight loss sweet spot for you

I'm neither low-fat/high-carb nor high-fat/low-carb. in general, I'm probably a little too high on protein compared to where I want to be, but probably something like 35P/40C/25F on workout days, and 35P/20C/45F on rest days

Generally this is the formula - keep calories and protein constant, and vary the ratio of carbs to fat. If you're not losing, it may also be a calories issue, and you may have to decrease your overall intake as well.

I'm 45-50% on average, with under 20% in carbs, and the rest protein (30-35%). I tend to need a bit more protein or I get the dizzies.

I think it sounds like a nice height/weight depending upon bone structure and stuff. I'm 5ft7, 18-20% BF.

No idea. I don't count anything.

I've never used a tracking website, but I'm guessing around 40% carbohydrate, 20% protein, 40% fat.
