I'm 45-50% on average, with under 20% in carbs, and the rest protein (30-35%). I tend to need a bit more protein or I get the dizzies.
I think it sounds like a nice height/weight depending upon bone structure and stuff. I'm 5ft7, 18-20% BF.

I stay in the high 60s on fat.
