    What percentage of calories do you get from fat?

    Primal Blueprint Expert Certification
    I get about 50-65% each day and under 20% for carbohydrates(I currently hover around 13-17%). For weight loss how much should I be getting? I am currently 12 lbs away from my goal of 140 lbs(at 5'9 I hope I can make it by the end of november).

    I'm 70% fat approx, 24% protein and a lowly 6% carbs most of the time. Protein should remain constant, cut the carbs and increase the fat if you want to play around with the weight loss sweet spot for you

    I'm 45-50% on average, with under 20% in carbs, and the rest protein (30-35%). I tend to need a bit more protein or I get the dizzies.

    I think it sounds like a nice height/weight depending upon bone structure and stuff. I'm 5ft7, 18-20% BF.

    I've never used a tracking website, but I'm guessing around 40% carbohydrate, 20% protein, 40% fat.

    No idea. Probably quite low though, but I do not track.
