I did have it, but I got rid of it using turmeric and oil of oregano oil. H.pylori and candida overgrowth go hand in hand together and the yeast serves as a vehicle for h.pylori, so you need to treat both, if you do have it. I took 2 teaspoons of turmeric in a little water with 6 drops of oil of oregano. I did this about 5 or 6 times a day for a few weeks and my symptoms started to drastically improve after a few days. I wondered why I seemed to be resistant to anti-fungals, but once I treated the h.pylori the candida was easy to shift.

I've never heard of anyone treating their candida with turmeric. That's amazing!
Too bad I'm allergic to it.

Do not allow yourself to become wrapped up in a food 'lifestyle'. That is ego, and you are not that.
That sucks! It was actually the h.pylori that the turmeric killed, and it worked very quickly and easily. I've read that mastic gum is good for it, too.
