Some of the moves he did reminded me of capoeira.
    SW (1/4/12): 326 lbs. (48% BF)
Steak and Eggs SW (5/11/13): 198 lbs.
    CW (6/2/13): 185.4 lbs. (??% BF)
    GW: 185 lbs. (~15% BF)
0.4 lbs. to go, ??% BF to go

I love it, inspiring!! I nver believe that age is a barrier, just need to know that a fairly fit, not very flexible 44 year old guy could perform that well. I think the answer is YES, but it may take some time :-)

I've seen that guy's youtube, very informative. I didn't know he was involved with Equinox though he could have just been hired for this.

I'm glad to see that so many of you guys dig this. I'm personally very excited to see this type of fitness being embraced by the mainstream!

Mike Fitch has been active in the bodyweight community for a while and now he's signed on with Equinox. They are bringing his animal flow class to most (if not all) of their locations. He's actually a buddy of mine and I'm really happy for him. We appeared in the following video together a while back - sort of a cross-promotinoal thing. Some of you may recall seeing it last winter.
