    Oxtail!

    I have my first ever grassfed oxtail sitting in my freezer...it's the little things like this that excite me...ha ha.

    Yeah!!! Oxtail is amazing! So delicious. It makes the best beef stock and stews. I really like this recipe, although I don't bother skimming off the fat :-)

    I'm guessing I should pick up an extra tail cause I might eat all that yumminess! Thanks for the BBQ recipe...like the cocoa idea.

    Mmm we had oxtail and stewing beef stew tonight, now I'm soooo full I can barely move Slow cooked all day in the crock pot with loads of veg (mushrooms, onions, leeks, carrots, sweed, parsnips) and a can of tomatoes thrown in too.
    You know all those pictures of Adam and Eve where they have belly button? Think about it..................... take as long as you need........................
