Perhaps you should stop looking at this thread if it bothers you. Trying to talk down to me just makes you look stupid.

Ladle: "Hey, Pot! Meet my friend Kettle!"

Pot: [aside, stage whisper] "Ladle, you know it makes me uncomfortable when you ask me to hang out with discolored cookware..."

    Kettle: "What an asshole."

And yet you keep coming back for the abuse. I think we really know who likes being dominated here, and I don't think it's the folk that keep slapping your young ass down.

You have yet to answer my very specific question, despite the fact that I provided you with my own dietary intakes.

I'm certainly not a "sugar addict".
    I'm very LC.

I do eat an occasional piece of whole fruit, but in one of your posts you said that was acceptable...

I'm still curious what your guidelines for "doing LC right" would be...
And how to manage what you called the multiple stages of low carbs flu... and what those are.
I've only ever heard of the initial low carb flu that everyone seems to get... but you told someone else that he had a different type that he experienced after many months of Low Carbing...

The only question you ever seem to have answered is sort of "Rice is bad".

By the way have you ever eaten Nasi Goreng? I can post a recipe if you like, but it will have to wait until later because I am supposed to be putting together a lesson plan right now...

To be honest, this thread is making me think of popcorn, not rice. Though I am liking the whole "rice, butter and cinnamon" idea.

And it makes me glad I'm not out there dating right now, too. Holy crap, that some scary gene pool.

Yes! My mother-in-law makes a mean Nasi Goreng. That ish is delish...

It's my FIL's favorite, so she always makes a huge batch on his birthday and we all eat a ton.

Has anyone tried popped rice from the Korean supermarket? They have this awesome machine that pops out rice cakes fresh from rice. I want to get one, but I'd probably snack on that way too often...

Or freshly ground rice flour. For mochi. Mmmmm...

Nasi Goreng is the freaking nutter butters. I havn't had that in years. Now I want some. And it's all because of this thread....
