I do eat an occasional piece of whole fruit, but in one of your posts you said that was acceptable...
I'm still curious what your guidelines for "doing LC right" would be...
And how to manage what you called the multiple stages of low carbs flu... and what those are.
I've only ever heard of the initial low carb flu that everyone seems to get... but you told someone else that he had a different type that he experienced after many months of Low Carbing...
