I am new to this diet and have three small children. Unfortunately, two of them have anyphalaxis allergies to egg and nuts. Meaning we cannot keep these things in our because of how life-threatening they are to our boys. I am looking for more food ideas for them. One is picky, and one is not. Dinner is easy because of the meat/veggie ratios. But breakfast is hard because no eggs, and school lunches and snacks are hard too. They do eat full fat dairy. Any suggestions?
