I am trying to get my family of 4. with 2 kids aged 3 & 6, on to more primal eating, we are doing ok, struggling with sugar addictions, but a real struggle is my husband having to leave early & make/take lunch.
I was looking at powders to make shakes, he has severe psoriasis at present so is trying to avaoid dairy, & so I have been searching for non-whey protien powders, & came accross hemp protien powders....
has anyone tried/have opinions on theses? i know they are not very primal, but nor is whey powder so....
we are in the uk btw.

I use hemp/chia seed protein powder mixed with almond milk for shakes, I think it tastes yummy. I use Life Basics brand which I get a my local health food store.
