Depends.... my husband used to work at one. In the bulk section. They had two aisles of "remedies" - teas, vitamins, pills, an aisle of crap (candles, incense) a small deli, huge wine department and overpriced healthfood junkfood. The funniest aisle was the bulk aisle, at least 50% of which was just straight up normal candy- gummy worms, malt balls, reeses cups, caramels, M&M type things. He ran the bulk aisle and the whole grains etc. never sold, but the candy turned over very quickly.
It seemed more like a store targeted to pot heads that want to stick it to the man and eat non-corporate junk foods.

That's not primal blueprint, I could understand if it were something against CW, but the health benefits of kefir and kombucha are recognized even by CW.
