Ok, I've just got to say the R&J misquote cracked me up: "That which we call a kip-up by any other name would still look as sweet."

I usually try a few of the moves you do after watching one of your videos, and I usually find out they're much harder than you make them look. One of these days I'm gonna really hurt myself, kinda lookin forward to it though. It'll be one hell of a learning experience.
Thank you! More to come!
By the way did you happen to see my recent T-Nation article about becoming a personal trainer?
Thanks! That one took some practice!
Shakespearean allusions are pretty uncommon in a blogs about exercise. Glad this one didn't go unappreciated.![]()

Awsome as always, and insperational ( or maybe insperation-Al)
I'm going to be havng a really good look at the stuff you do as my next stage of improving fitness - I'm working through the PBF 5 essential movement (still 5 for me) but as I'm getting to the top level without adding weight vests I'm starting to think ahead to where to go next and I really like the comination of balance and dynamic stuff you do (****** hard though)
You know all those pictures of Adam and Eve where they have belly button? Think about it..................... take as long as you need........................
Thanks! That's the plan!
Thank you! There's lots of ways to progress your bodyweight strength without having to add weight. You should check out my most recent book, Raising The Bar (click the link!).
