Got an interesting issue, I'm not able to eat enough calories to keep gaining weight. I probably need to eat another 500 kcals/day, I'm eating about as much eggs/chicken/bacon/milk/tuna as I can tolerate. So I need some portable, tasty, primal snacks!
Criteria:
Portable
High Fat/High Protein-carbs are ok but I don't really need more than I'm getting.
Tasty
Cheaper the better, because I eat a lot.

I haven't tried this myself, but I intend to. Spread guac/cream cheese/nut butter/spreadable cheese on a seaweed sheet, add sliced meat or smoked salmon, and roll it up like sushi.
Not Primal, but Nutella will fatten you up quick with 100 calories/tbsp (11 grams of that in carbs). Actually, that habit was hard for me to break when going Primal, but now I have little taste for the stuff.
Seriously though, nuts are the answer. Get a big jar of mixed nuts (no peanuts) for $10-15 and start snacking. They are loaded with healthy fat and calories. Also very easily portable in baggies, don't require refrigeration, etc.
It gets kind of hard to eat a lot of nuts though, I've got 5 lbs bags of both almonds and cashews I chomp on. Just need more =).

1 cup of heavy cream will run you 800 cals. I like to mix 1/2c cream in a protein shake in the morning. Some days I have a hard time getting enough cals, too, so I turn to cream.
