    Ok great, I am definitely starting to feel much better! And not having to eat every two hours is awesome! For the past two years i relied Heavily on protein/meal replacemnt bars for when i was on the go and i was in need of a pick up! It's crazy how I honestly thought I was so "healthy" for all this time but really I was missing so much fat from my diet. I was getting so weak and tired during workouts no matter what I ate before hand, I'm excited to start back up my half marathon plan, and see if I have more strength
