My first bag should be delivered today - 1.5 lbs of Cavalla. Was looking at the Crio Bru FAQ's. They answered a question about fat by saying "mono is good, poly is good/neutral and saturated is bad." Surprised to see them putting out CW on this subject.
Saturated fat is only bad if you eat a lot of refined carbohydrates and processed food. Polyunsaturated is only bad if it comes from refined and processed beans and seeds.
