I semi started about two weeks ago and just kept making better choices for myself. I have quit bread and grains cold turkey. I'm having to crawl my way out from under sweets. Which in the last two weeks I think I've had an ice cream bar and a little bit of apple crisps. I am not completely primal but trying to get there. I'm hoping to post my food and grocery lists on here in hopes to get some idea for even better choices.
1 sausage patty
4 oz whole milk - Gonna try to find some raw
8 oz coffee w/ 2 tbls almond joy creamer (I'm phasing it out, gonna try to go to just cream)
Got some Cru Brui ordered, can't wait to try it!
2 baked chicken strips w/ bbq sauce
salad w/ sm. amount of vin. dressing
1/3 of sweet potato w/ butter
2 eggs cooked in pork grease
