    I found this recipe and just made it, and it is so good!! Simple, easy, and totally primal!

    I really recommend it!

    I used 6 oz of bacon and 2 broccoli crowns.

    Oooo, excellent timing, Aix! I have some organic broccoli that just begging for some bacon!

    I think everything is better with bacon.

    I don't rave over broccoli, but, if I add enough bacon....
    Why use a sledge hammer to crack a nut when a steam roller is even more effective, and, is fun to drive.

    I've actually made this for lunch for the past 3 days in a row now due to the ease of preparation... And because it's filling and yummy!

    That's nice. I also love cooking stir fry vegetable. I have also recipe here, try it if you want.

    Beef & Broccoli Stir Fry Recipe

    Makes 1 Servings

    Ingredients
    • 1 teaspoon olive oil
    • 3 cups broccoli
    • 2 thinly sliced carrot 1 onion, cut into wedges
    • 6 oz. sirloin steak cut into strips
    • 3 tbsp low sodium chicken or beef broth
    • 1 tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce
    • 1 teaspoon whole wheat flour
    • 1/2 teaspoon Splenda

    Directions
    1.Heat olive oil in a large skillet and add the prepared vegetables.
    2.Cook, stirring until veggies are crisp tender and onions are browned. Put aside.
    3.Stir in the beef strips, cook until desired doneness.
    4.In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients, stirring to dissolve the flour; add to the beef mixture and cook stirring constantly until sauce thickens

    Calories: 554
    Protein: 58g
    Carbohydrates: 38g
    Fat: 19g

    I like the vegetables crunchy so I do not cook them for too long, but some people like when soft and well cooked. So that's a personal preference.
