Greetings from a retired, American man, in Bangkok.
I've been surprised at how easy it is to find primal foods here.
Everything from bacon & eggs, to almond flour and coconut oil, is available in this corner of the world.
Location: Bangkok, Thailand
Age: 67
How Primal are you: New-comer, but already tightly primal, and very little desire to "sin".

Do you drink coffee or tea: no
Motivator for switching to Primal: To lose weight
Favorite exercise: reading books
Favorite Primal food: bacon & eggs
Best part about being Primal: clear thinking, more strength, steady energy throughout the day
Worst part about being Primal: no pizza, no Haggen-Daz

I do miss a good traditional pizza, but I found a recipe for a primal pizza crust on here that uses coconut flour. I think it's called "perfect primal pizza" it's really good! I have made it like 4 times already![]()
