Ground chicken... how would you take this?

It says Keep Refrigerated, and then underneath it says Never Frozen..... so I was expecting it to say "Do Not Freeze"..... I take the package to mean it has never been frozen.

Right, that package has not been frozen. Freezing changes the taste and texture of meat somewhat, so meat that has not been frozen is a selling point.

It also means that you can freeze it, whereas if it had been frozen (then thawed out) then that would not be advisable.
Disclaimer: I eat 'meat and vegetables' ala Primal, although I don't agree with the carb curve. I like Perfect Health Diet and WAPF Lactofermentation a lot.
