    Post op recovery tips?

So tomorrow is my hysterectomy. The doc says I should be in one night. I know what a lot of CW ideas are of surgical recovery but am interested in what MY community says I would love advice and suggestions. I am dealing with the bowel cleanse tonight and report in the morning to the castle!

My tummy winces in sympathy. I had one of those done many years ago. Are they doing the c-incision or taking things out vaginally?

There is an herb called arnica available in both a tea and a pill that is really helpful with post surgical inflammation. Something I know way more about than I would like to. I am usually the first to call bs on woo-sci herbs but this was actually recommended to me by a surgeon.

Heal well. BTW you have made some great progress on your weight. Well done!

Thank you! They are using the da vinci robot and are taking everything. I will check on that tea though. I have been reading a lot about "swelly belly" and hopefully this will help.

I am looking forward to getting back to losing weight when this is over
