This is like Blackened chicken meets buffalo wings. I made this blackened chicken with this combination of spices and it turned out soooooo well I had to share with you. I think this will totally become a staple at our house recipe on blog.

If you make oven blackened chicken, what are your favorite spices to use?

Not familiar with Franks Hot Sauce...is that a local thing or should I find it in my local grocery store?

You totally should be able to find it at the grocery next to the regular hot sauce. It was used for the original Buffalo Wings. They combined the Franks with butter. Here is what it looks like
