Do what you love and do it often. If you don't like something, change it. if you don't like your job, quit. If you don't have enough time, stop watching tv. If you are looking for the love of your life, stop, they will be waiting for you when you start doing the things you love. Stop over analyzing, life is simple. When you eat, appreciate every last bite. Some opportunities only come once, seize them.

I usually eat when I'm hungry, so it depends. Most of the time I snack a bit throughout the day and have a nice dinner in the evening or at night (sometimes as late as 9-10pm so I can eat with the boyfriend). Snacking on nuts or veggies keeps me from overeating once dinner rolls around and keeps me happy throughout the day.
Basically, I try not to obsess about if I'm eating at the right times or eating enough meals. As long as I am eating well I tend to feel pretty good.![]()

Sabre, I'm curious, how many calories are you taking in most days ?
And what physical activities do you do ?

I was eating twice a day until I started trying to put on a little weight. It's just too hard for me to get 3500 calories in two meals.
I eat 1 meal per day on weekdays
2 to 3 meals on the weekends
I don't ever snack
I originally started doing this after reading one of the IFing threads that talked about how our bodies don't function well on eating 3+ meals a day. Since I was feeling so exhausted after eating, it made sense. If I only eat after work then I can relax after I ate and it wouldn't matter if I was feeling exhausted. When I was at work and ate breakfast and lunch it would take hours to feel my energy come back if it ever did. Now I have way more energy while at work and I feel like my brain is in the game more.
I will do an occasional 48 hr (once every other week or so) fast too just to keep the weight loss moving.
I usually stay between 1200 to 1400 cal per day (still 90/10 primal)
Somedays I go as high as 1800 but it's usually on my weekends when I am at a Football game or with friends and can't say no to pulled pork or beef brisket.![]()
