Just thought I would share my day's food:
Breakfast... pulled pork with 2 fried eggs
Lunch.... I actually forget, LOL
Dinner..... Taco seasoned stew meet with its own juices, over a bed of greens with homemade salsa, and bit of yogurt,
Snacks.... some paleo pumpkin cookies ( 2 ) and a coffee with cream.... no sugar.... I decided to give up coffee.... I can't stand it w/o flavored creamers, LOL.
I hope you are doing OK with weight loss if that is what you want.... I had an AWESOME 1st week. I lost 12 or 13 pounds!
