I finished all the cream....and the dark chocolate.....and the cream cheese.....and the bacon.
So, I think I will start whole30 tomorrow. I'm a bit scared I'll cave straight away coz I LOVE drinking a cup of tea with dark chocolate and watching a tv show after I put my baby to bed. It's completely my time. My fav tv shows are coming this weekend too - the good wife & Dexter!!! Can't wait!

No snacks!!! BUT I feel like I've gained weight. I'm pretty sure the scales will show an increase. I'm gonna be bummed coz it was hard not having dairy/snacks
I've been really sedentary today coz I've had a bad headache & really tired. I was dying for a cup of tea and some cheese, but I didn't cave today. 1 day down on whole30....29 to go...

Ok, so today was day 7. I have lost 0.2 lbs.
I think I've been eating too much fat. The soup had a whole can of coconut milk & I ate almost the entire thing! Hmmm the lack of weight loss is my own fault, but I can't help feeling disappointed.

As you can see, I caved already!! I was feeling so shit that I had to have my cup of tea & dark chocolate - it's the one thing I have left!!!
I just can't give up tea when my baby keeps me awake at night - it was too difficult. I feel a bit pants.
I can't wait to go to the gym tomorrow! I hope it'll make me feel better. I've been so exhausted lately.
