The chicken was proper easy - I just bought Pataks Tandoori paste, marinaded the chicken in a couple of tablespoons of it and put it in the oven for 30 mins.
I usually make everything from scratch but couldn't be bothered yesterday afternoon coz baby was going a bit nuts.

Ok I'm starting to panic now. The mushroom sauce had a bit of cream in it and I had a snack, so that probably amounts to the weight gain.
I'm freaking out a little bit coz I'm visiting my mum in November for Thanksgiving & I wanted to be back down to pre-pregnancy weight (120lbs)

Hey, thanks for poping into my journal. Really glad to see you going Primal. I highly, highly recommend that your read Dr. Hymans Blood Sugar Solution, it goes hand in hand with Primal Blueprint, just ditch the beans. It has helped me so much, I thought I was a diabetic goner, but my sugars are coming into line.
And do pick up a kettlebell or two, you really need to get some weight training in, it really helps with the insulin resistance. Also, kettlebells are great for working at home and I know with the new born, that you don't have gym time......
Good luck and I will be following you.
