PBF PDF Question: LHT Exercise order?
For those following Mark's PBF PDF, are you performing the LHT exercises in order as presented in the PDF (2 circuits of pushups, pull ups, squats, planks), or do you change the order to your own preference?
Should the LHT exercise be performed in that order?
i find it easier to mix them so that you get a rest for your upper body, so do squats second...i.e. pushups, squats, pull ups, plank. the older version also had shoulder press movements (dive bombers, hand stand push ups)...i would put those in before or after the plank if you decide to add them.
