DAY 1,

Going to give this a go, I have been looping in and out of eating primal, but I really want to stick to it! Hopefully Journaling will keep me accountable.

Today I am going to go to the grocery store, I need to make a primal list for the week.

-Potatoes ( I have leeks from farmers market and want to make potato leek soup)
-Almond Milk
-Beef, Chicken, pork muscles
-Frozen fruit for smoothies?
-Vegetables for salads
-People are welcome to suggest simple grocery lists, I do have some of the basics like eggs, almonds,olive oil..

I am ready to stop stuffing my face with processed carbs, I feel like crap every time I do, but I keep going back to it. I am pretty sure I have a sugar addiction. I know If I can be primal for a week I will get over the worst of that

It is also hard as a college student between stress, being busy, and having peer pressure of SAD. But I am excited and I know I can do this!
