need some help
I am becoming very lazy now a days.I just site whole day in my home. I even don't go outside's.
Before 3 month i used to go gym but, now i left it.
So, should i continue my gym class or what shal i have to do make my body active
I go through lazy phases too and I hate it. I'm trying very hard not to become lazy again and it takes a lot of effort some days to do my workout. I try to remind myself that I will feel better after my workout if I just do it, and will feel guilty if I don't do it.
Whatever exercise you do, it should be something you really enjoy, otherwise you'll end up quitting. Just find something you really like to do, and do it. Maybe find a sport or something you'd like to get better at.
