For dinner yesterday I tried a bit of an experient with some boiled eggs and curry sauce. Diced the eggs, added the curry.... Pretty good. The yolk added some creamyness to the curry...

So I tried it on scrambled eggs today for breakfast..... with some sweet potato hash browns.... really very tasty, but it needs bacon...

Harvested a bunch of tomatos today.... Roma, Celebrity, red and yellow cherry tomatos.... holymoly those Sun Gold tomatos are good!

I have soe "volunteer" cantalope plants growing out of my copost pile..... one or 2 of them are almost ready for harvest..... if I can keep the deer off of them...

speaking of deer... bastard nearly wrecked my car tonight on the way to work.... fargin thing was standing on the right hand side of the road and runs out in front of me.... I missed her by about a foot...... the venison would have been nice, the damage to the front of my car? not so much....

That food sounds pretty good to me, and what I'd give for some gold cherry toms!

Well done for missing Bambi even if it was more by luck than design. Bit of a trade off with road kill I s'pose as well, what ya save on buying it goes into car repairs....
