Tuesday:

Today was a rest day... so I putzed around on the computer, had an online discussion with a guy that used to work for me, who is currently overseas. Pretty cool that... Found out abut a Wounded Warrior Project 5k that will be local next month. I will register for the run by the end of the week...

Diet:

B: srambled eggs, sausage patty, yogurt, coffe w/ heavy cream

L: rotisserie chicken breast slathered w/ butter

D: hamburger patty with butter

I swear if I eat much more butter, I'm going to start cackeling when I laugh and saying "Ya'll" all the time....

Paula sounded fine until she started all her 'healthy' cooking. While I wont eat 1/2 of what she cooks it is nice to see her making all that southern goodness.

If she's making something good, I just leave her muted. Unfortunately, it doesn't matter how good the food is or how mute the tv is, I can't STAND Rachel Ray.
