TBH, I'm pretty sure some are more serious than others...

    Monday:

OK.. it was squats and pull ups today. Completed 3 sets of 35 close squats.. (that pretty much puts me at the progression point) I also did 3 sets of modified jack knife pulls at 20 reps each, along with 2 sets of 20 reps of reverse flys, passing rows and gator switchbacks. Shoulders were tired by the time I was done. 4 sets of bent knee calf raises finished out the day, 60 reps per set.

    Diet:

B: scrambled eggs, pork sausage, black coffee

    L: BAS, pork butt steak

D: yogurt, chicken breast and butter

    S: none

... and the malleus, incus, and stapes are just SOOOOO tiny, but as serious as they are small because without them...no music. And I've been there. *dramatic tears of emphasis!*

Yes, lacking music is a bad thing, however, missing those bones also means no nagging boss/wife/husband/significant other/boyfriend/girlfriend/politician/news anchor/harpie/shrew/neighbor etc etc etc... which could be seen as a blessing by some....

Nope... you also can't that wife whisper "I love you".
There's a lot in this world worth putting up with for some little things.

Is jealous... I think we ladies are wired to hear everything, and it's annoying.

Drinking my sleepytime concoction... 4cups water 2 Sleepytime Extras, 1 Chamomile, and 1 Ginger.
Might have to concoct it again. Firmly in the grips of the insoms... and hoping to sleep before the sun begins to rise, something I'm just not good at. =/

I usually take 9mg of melatonin with my tea, usually about 30 mins afore bedtime.... with all that chamomile, I'm surprised you are awake!
