Friday, Early edition:

Today is pushups and leg raises. The plan is to do 3 sets of 40 knee pushups. If I hit that goal today, I will be ready to move on to 1/2 push ups next week. Leg raises are 3 sets of 40 reps. I seem to be adding 5 reps per week, so in a couple of weeks I should move to bent leg raises.

Diet:

B: coffe w/ heavy cream. just not hungry... I must be FOS... and anyone the knows me will confirm that fact!

L: hamburgers w/ cheese

D: BAS with grilled pork butt steaks.... mmmm burned pig flesh.... I will grill chicken breasts for wifey, since she isn't a big fan of burned pig flesh

S: none planned

Gonna start some more seed today. More broccoli, kale and a couple of other cool season crops I can't remember.... I suffer from CRS....

I LOVE B & R..... that is a GREAT video! My oldest son used to change the words a bit.... he was a Cavalry Scout, and so he would say "Save a horse, ride a Cav Scout".... he most definitely was his father's son... When I hear that song I have to turn my radio up until my ears bleed...
