    Boddingtons. I'm a fan of the black stuff, but Boddingtons is far more forgiving if you're going the full dozen. I've drunk seven pints of Guinness in quick succession and lived, but it was a close-run thing.

    I would agree... a dozen Guiness would be pert near the same as eating everything off of an All You Can Eat buffet, as far as the filling effect goes...

    I'd suggest it'd be the same as eating day-old prawns and drinking bowls of borscht...as far as the evacuation effect goes. Unsurprisingly, the pregnancy iron supps had much the same blackening effect, but unfortunately the reverse of the, um, loosening effect.
