The traditionlists round here do call redders 'ginger', I try to be anything but traditional!

Probably not my thing, but you gotta share that bear poop recipe?!

Sort of a silly question... how long have you been doing YAYOG to get to the Master's Class level?

Good question, I was doing all sorts of stuff before, a fair bit of cycling/running, perfect push and pull up, a bit of insanity, which was a bit heavy on the knees for my liking! So was in pretty reasonable condition (or so I thought), did the fitness test, and did the first class level for around 4 months then moved on up, did that level for about another four months.

Been doing enter the kettlebell since christmas and rotating the YAYOG legs on what should be a rest day to get some leg work in as it's a bit light on actual leg work. Think it's time for a rotation now though!
