And that's why I'm here eating HFLC Primal/Paleo.

If you blenderize it with maple syrup and vanilla bean frozen custard cream then add in bacon crumbles...
Bourbon makes a mighty fine "blizzard" too.

i can do mead and i actual experimented and made some honey bourbon with some of our honey. i worked out i needed 2 parts bourbon to 1 part honey to get 30% alcohol. i put it all in a jar. shook it till it had dissolved and then let it sit for a day or so. i still think it was a bit sweet but all you do is mix it with more bourbon, throw some ice in and you are away. wine i really fail to see the big excitment with. i only like the incredibly expensive stuff and then not enough to drink it befre it turns to vinegar!

A few years ago I "brewed" some mead from some orange blossom honey.... it turned out pretty well.... alas I have given all of my brewing gear to my son because I haven't used it in a couple of years...

And it gave me an AWFUL sugar induced headache... but it was worth it.

Doc, have you thought about borrowing it back, that sounds good and what are you doing with an unopened bottle of mead?!

Sea, I'm with you on the wine, don't mind Spanish or Chilean wines, but I wouldn't put French vino on me chips (fries)!

Cori, that sounds remarkable, how did you work that out?.
