if you can do the OLRDL, you should be fine with the warrior without a weight. and then just progress with a weight. does he do 2 legged warriors at all? i find anything holding a weight above your head is alot harder than doing it without the wieght above your head. it must completely change the centre of gravity or where the weight you are moving in the exercise is. which is also, btw, why clubbells feel so much heavier than an equivalent dumbbell.

You're probably right there, I'd imagine the whole dynamic changes with a clubbell to dumbbell, that's probably the same with kettlebells as well.
And keeping it short, no! The bending exercises are limited in numbers in YAYOG, there's only a couple of pages really, with no mention of any warrior type exercises!
its a pity my library doesnt have a copy. i like alot of the bending exercises coz i can do them LOL something like being able to do the highest progression kinda like when you can do the whole stack. it doesnt happen very often either. i also reckon they keep the lower back strong which is very important for alot of the things i do in life.
