Fitness challenge for September 21th, 2012
Go to a track or figure out an area of land that you can approximate 1/4 mile. Ideally, there should be a place to do pullups nearby. If not, just scrap pullups from this challenge.
4 miles running, 160 push ups, 160 sit ups, 64 pull ups. You run 1/4 mile, do 10 push ups, 10 sit ups, and 4 pull ups; then you do it again until you complete the numbers.
I'm going to try this tomorrow, so I was just seeing if anybody wanted to challenge me? I'll post my time tomorrow night probably.
