Primal Workout for those with Arthritis
I've lost 54 pounds since January, started by giving up wheat and sugar, moved towards Atkins (briefly) and then on to mostly primal. I am coming out of many years of pain and depression after an early onset of osteoarthritis. My pain levels have decreased 90 percent with the primal lifestyle (!), but my body is still heavily damaged. I can sprint (on my bike) and do plenty of slow movement. However, I get stuck at lifting heavy things. I'm not sure where to start, and I don't want to hurt myself. Any ideas?
