Yesterday I bought a pair of Vibram Five Fingers, Classic (men's) in Black, size M41 and they are to small. I ended up buying a M43, fit perfectly. So they are 10s in US womens?

That would be pretty close. It seems that the mens and women sizes are the classic. By the measuring method on the Vibram web site I came to a 10 1/4 but my toe next to my big toe, is the same length maybe a tad longer on my right foot, and the 41 was just a little to tight for my liking.
